Real Estate Client Assets
When working in a field such as real estate is is important to make an impression on potential clients and stand out from others in the industry. I worked with Lora and Kaitlin to create a home buying flyer that that they can send to potential new clients showing them a little bit about the home buying process. This is not something many other agents so in creating this we wanted to have something that would be informative as well as unique to them. We are also working on some other client assets, more to come for these two!
Research
Before started I was able to collaborate with clients and discuss their plans and ideal direction for the project. After discussing and taking notes I was able to sketch out some potential flyer ideas.

After showing both the clients the three different proof options, they chose this as their final flyer design. Coincidently enough they both chose the same one, out of the three! We have also worked on social media posts, video hours tours and are working on more as market gets busier this time of year! We are also currently working on other flyers about selling your house! I can’t wait to share the rest of the work we create together.
